I know I look very eager, but as a forum guru, most forums ive visited have always had an off-topic graphics forums, so that users can request custom made graphics to be made for they're personal use or otherwise.
It could be a request for an avatar, signiture or banner, but the reason why it works is simple.
You set a minimum request of any member having at least 50-100 posts, so until they have reached that mark, they cannot place a request.
It gives members an incentive to stay and become part of the community, and in return gain some kind of graphic to they're personal spec.
I myself can producce graphics, and I know a hell of a lot of people who can too, so let me know!
