I'm doing my own little research here. So I would like to know from any one of you out there, when do you think it is time to leave cashgame table.
Is it when you've lost 2,3 or 5 buy-ins or is it when you win that many buy-ins or when is it.
Please let me know

Bankroll management is the key to becoming a successful poker player. I've read that you should never play with more than 5% of your bankroll. If you lose that, you should step down in the size tables you are playing.
FullTilt Poker's academy (it's free at FT's room)has some very useful info on this very subject...as a matter of fact, bankroll management is the very first lesson.

most of the people ll go for all in before flop. this is the worst thing that one can do. i would suggest not to do that!!

i would say 3 buy-ins is the red line for quitting the session

The max amount i lose a day would be $40. I play on the .50-$1 tables. So i have 2 go's a day. Most of the time i make $100+ but sometimes i lose. I walk away and i may play again later on during the day when i am tilt free :)

It's a good idea to come into the game with a limited amount of money, you lose them all, it's better to accept that it's not your night and come back to the game another day, when you are refreshed and your mind is clear. Remember that the game will always be there when you are ready for it.
