What do you have to do to get customer support to respond????? My account is not working and I am missing tournaments. I try to login and it sais the system can not log you in. I have sent messages for the last 4 days and not a single response....Time to switch to a different site.

Full Tilt Support has always been great for me. If you send an email it is usually answered quite quickly.

Some possible explanations for you not getting a reply include;
- you did actually get a reply and it is in your spam/junk email folder
- your ISP or network is blocking the emails
- you did not send the email from the address in your FTP account
- you were rude and they chose not to respond
- your account has been banned for breaking their rules

There's usually a valid reason for not getting a reply.

I agree about full tilt poker having bad support. My most recent problem with their support has been ongoing since may 8 and they dont even bother to try to respond and i am positive they are getting my emails. I went to the Better Business Bureau and they have 5 complaints about the same thing so we are obviously not the only ones.:mad:

Full Tilt has always been very responsive with me. Check your spam filter on your email client. I bet their reply was sent there.

I Checked My Spam Filter And My Junk Email And With My Isp. I Was Not Rude Nor Abusive In Any Way And Was Not Banned From Their Website. I Have Given Them Every Opportunity I Can Imagine And Still Get No Response. Check The Better Business Bureau Website, I Wish I Had Before Depositing There.

1. I deposited into your casino because a friend referred me. I contacted them letting them know this before I deposited. She was not credited, which I was not satisfied about.

2. Upon finding out she was not credited I went to withdrawl my cash to find out that I had to have twice what I deposited before I could even cash out, so after wagering for a bit, I had 100.00 and cashed out.

3. After cashing out I have waited and emailed after seeing on your website that a bank transfer was made on May 8, 2008 but has not shown up on my checking as of today. I have asked to please respond, I have gotten no response and this was several days ago. Is this the kind of service that is always given???


To sum it all up my experience with your casino has not been a satisfying experience and am very confident in stating that I will not be depositing again if some of these issues cannot at least be explained.

If you look carefully you have misspelled the email address for fulltilt.
At the end of the com part you have an extra letter.
They are not getting your emails

Hi Porkrind, I'm having exactly the same problem with FULLTILT, they had not deposited some winnings that I had made and were included in my game history, I made several email tries to get the money but no response. Now I am unable to log on and they have taken another $20, that I had in my account. My next option is my lawyer and I have been talking to him to we will see what happens

I agree that they have the absolute worst customer service I have seen anywhere. I had the name fujackass and was playing for a few weeks. All of a sudden I couldn;t log on. They said that is was because my name was offensive. They said that I could not have the word jackass. There are other players that have this word in their tag. They are absolutly pathetic. It's been 2 days. If they respond its hours and they don't address the problem. They just say that I should be polite to them. They are the most insolent idiots around. If this is what full tilt is about I'm going to cash out and go to another site.

and specifically i wouldn't make such a big deal of that, just change your name

when i talk to them in English they transfer me to like 6 agents but when i get spanish support they help me right away the only problem is there is not to many spanish agents and sometimes they dont know nothing about alienware machines
