Yes, all online poker rooms have play money tables where you can practice and learn the game. Be warned that a lot of players don`t take it too seriously in these rooms. Most sites also run freerolls, tournaments that cost nothing to enter but in which you can win real cash. Lots of players I know, myself included, have started their bankroll this way.

Good luck and have fun at the tables :)

Yes, I would also suggest you play at the play money tables first to get a feel for the software. It is also a good idea to start playing at the micro stakes once you have the software down. If you play in .01/.02 games, you can't loose much money, but you will play against people who are taking it much more serios then play money players.

Your submission bot posted into a poker forum.
You could start by actually posting yourself.:D

Are you just new to online play or live play, or both? There are several sites that will let you play for fun and not risk any money. But if you will permit me there is an old saying that I think is fitting, "You can't win, if you don't play." Don't be afraid to start out with a little bit of money just to try it out. You may find out you like live play better than online.

Just get on one of the big sites and play some free play money and get a feel for the game. Then put a few bucks in and play the micro limit games or even play some of the free rolls and see if you can improve your game and at the same time get some money in your account at no cost to you except your time.
