I was disappointed when trying to download only to be told i already have the client which i most definately dont.I have poker.com and carbon poker so im lost as why i cant download.

I know its free but why offer a promotion that you know most europeans cant make because its early in the morning.To me it sends out the wrong message that you are targeting players from the us and the europeans can tag along if they choose.I know its hard to please everyone so why cant the times be split to have 3 earlier starts and 3 at a later time to accomodate players from different time zones?

It is already planned to change the schedule of the $500 free depositor freeroll. There will be 4 tournaments with European time and 3 with American time.

Just to make sure I am clear, you are the same network as poker.com and carbonpoker.com, correct? So I can not use my same poker.com user name, and of coure can not play at the same time - like I can on FullTilt and poker.com for example?

Yes you are correct.They are all part of the merge gaming network and unfortunately you cannot use the same username on all.What i did was to use the same username but with a different number on each account so ppl still knew who i was, and you are right in saying that you can only play 1 of the 4 rooms at any given time.
