Can we PLEASE add a restricted section here for affiliates? it loks like they plann to have one for us, so why not here?

I'd love to see a place where we can be given updates. Like last month they apologized for the delay in paying us our rake, but this month it has been 5 busines days, no rake, not explination. TIA

1. Get rid of the side games. USA players (your target audience and deepest pockets) cant use epassporte there because of those games. It kills your deposit options.
2. Have your Black Jack software looked at and and independently certified. I am not a software expert but that is one juiced game. At least be upfront with the shuffling RNG.
3. Think through what you guys are going to do before you do it. You still have not recovered from the Carbon vs Poker dot com fiasco.
4. Promotions. Well the same thing goes with them. You can not go changing a promotion in midstream on players. They do not forget.
5. Get some stuff in that store that is worth the time and energy people put into collecting those points. How about electronics, tourney coupons, etc........
6. Allow affiliates the ability to know what player has signed up under them. You already do it for the refer a friend program.
7. Get the affiliate blog and forum back up?
8. Give us way more advance notice on promotions so we can advertise them.
9. People are still confused when they come here by accident looking for the Pokercs site.

What you are doing right:
1. Fun steps
2. Juicy bonuses
3. CS is improving
4. Dean is a major improvement as an AM.
5. Distancing yourselves away from the Poker.com name. (although you should look at rolling all the old accounts into carbon)
6. Increasing the MTT buy in levels and trying to improve the $5 SNG traffic. You might want to keep that Jackpot leaderboard thing permanently. I actually saw a big jump in mid buy in SNGs that has now gone back to normal.

I do wish that the whole Merge Gaming Network would make the casino games a stand alone room if possible so that they could get epassporte back . Since they've gone casino , from what all I'm hearing , it's really hurt the U.S. affiliates....

It's getting bad when I'm having to transfer money to a European friend just to get hold of some money when needed . ( he then puts in into paypal for me ) :o

Anyone having problems with getting replies back from their manager's at PDC the last week ? They have always been prompt on answering questions , but for the last week I've not been able to get a reply back on a game issue at all....:confused:
