Hopefully when you get a strong hand . :D But I'd say four sounds bout right , sometimes it gets down to where you just got to gamble.

Standard theory says you should be considering pushing when you`re down to around 10 BB. The reason for this is you still have fold equity, ie you have a chance to win the pot without anyone calling. Note that this usually only applies if you`re the first player into the pot. If other players are already in your bet is less likely to get rid of them because pot odds may justify a call with even a marginal hand. However with 10xBB you still have a little play in your hand so really huge hands like AA, KK, QQ can probably be bet normally depending on your position. Be aware that a lot of players will be highly suspicious if a 10xBB stack limps in or min raises UTG.
Given that a standard raise is 4xBB, sometimes even higher online you really want to consider pushing all-in with any two reasonable cards if you have position once you reach less than 8xBB. By reasonable I mean any pp, any hand that adds up to 20 and any ace.
It can also be worth getting involved in a multiway pot if you have suited connectors like 7-8, 8-9 etc if you`re very shortstacked, because the likelihood is that the other players wil have high cards. Whilst you`ll probably be behind pre-flop your cards will at least have a great chance of being "live" and you may triple up if the board hits you.
At 4xBB you will be called almost everytime unless you`re pushing against a similar small stack, even then they may decide to gamblewith pretty much any two cards.

this is a very good question with a lot of different ideas behind the answer. i like about 7/8 times the big bling but this does depend on the stack size and position. many of the people that i play with think that 10x is appropriate but i think you don't have to push it quite that soon.

I feel like the web interface for judge is getting slower by the day. For example, when i try to sort the problemset by the number of people solved, it takes a while to load. Does anyone else experience this?

If you just fold when your forced to go all-in, your going to lose out on a lot of hands you should have won. You really have to look at the player your against and the situation, you cant just say "Ill fold cause I dont want to go all-in". People will starting bluffing you out like crazy if that is the case.
