Anyone care to vent or discuss this?

i can say I will be very upset if they do not show how much they appreciate the dedication many of us have given to their site when they come out with their solution.

I wasn`t one of those that missed out but Liam has said they are looking into the matter and all those who missed out will be re-imbursed appropriately.

Dear Players,

Firstly, I would like to apologise to all the site regulars who sadly missed entry to the $50,000 freeroll today.

We are currently investigating the cause of this regrettable occurrence and I will post more details as soon as possible.

At this stage no formal compensation has been decided upon, nor distributed among effected players.

We are currently crunching data and will soon have a complete list of players who had fulfilled the entry requirements, but were unable to register.

It is these players that we WILL compensate accordingly. I wont speculate at this stage what that may be, but will post in the forum and email players within the next 24 hrs.

Again, I apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment caused, but assure you we will be doing everything possible to resolve this matter in an appropriate and fair manner.

just dropped by.

I was not really satisfied with the resolution, am living with it. We all got s small amount of money, and a free entry to the next $50k FR. My input had been that the majority of us make the FR every month, so some other combination of Satellite coupons would have been better. Most sites would not let a tournament start where they knew the software was not allowing access for close to 60% of the people that qualified. I sure hoe those that played, where they had better than a 50% chance to cash, took full advantage of this situation.

2 months ago, check the crabon forum for all the specifics.

basicly all day long they knew a majority of the members could not register. They just let the clock keep ticking and told us do not worry. When it went off it was close to 700 or so players for the 300 paying positions. Versus the typical 1500 or so that qualify every month and play.
