I have a question regarding the game of rummy. I know there are too many games in rummy. But I have an eagerness to know what knock rummy is. Is there is any one out here who can help me it will be very much appreciated? I know this is a poker forum but couldn't find good rummy forums where i can place this query? If some have ever read an article on in please share with me. Thanks

I enjoy the game of rummy as well . It's played the same as traditional rummy but a player can end a game by laying down a hand with a preset number of points in cards not included in the sets.
Say that number is 8 . After you have made all your sets and you have two cards left in your hand with one of them being a 5 and the other 9. You can knock with the higher card and that leaves you out with 5 points.
Hope that helps . The game is quite fun and unlike gin , you don't have to wait till you can discard all of your cards .
