Can't Post Yet? [Archive]

We have been getting a few emails from people that have registered for the forum, but are unable to post.

This is usually because you have not verified your email address. Until you receive an email from the forum and click on a verification link within that email you will be unable to post.

If you think you didn't receive the email, please check your spam filter or junk email folder. Some email clients (especially AOL & Yahoo) will block email containing the word 'poker' unless you tell it not to... Set it up to receive all email from the Poker.com domain and you should always receive PM notifications etc in the future.

caviteboy32 here I have'nt used my computer in a month plus it crashed i lost all my files so i dont know were is (poker.com ) the softwere itself. i have carbonpoker.com,but i want poker.com. any one what happen. TY. caviteboy ,,,,,,,,,,,,:(

From what i gather poker.com is a skin of carbon poker so you cannot actually download it anymore but as you know the games are virtually the same on all merge gaming sites.For more info please contact support.http://www.poker.com/support.htm

Just go to www.pokercs.com (http://www.pokercs.com) and log into your account there. On the left sidebar at the bottom there is a link to re-download the software.

This needs to go under CarbonPoker / Poker.com btw

You were right! I had to go to gmail and click on SPAM to see the activation e-mail, it didn't even get passed to outlook via pop3...

Maybe some more data can help solving this - check the stickes for finding out what you should report.
Also adding a DxDiag report might be valuable its not listed in the stickes.
