Hi Auprey and welcome. I am glad that you enjoy my humour LOL. I have not been here for a bit as I have been ill but should be back as a regular very soon.
As for an avatar- it depends on what you want ie do you want a poker related type, cartoon, scenery etc.
I have found the greatest tool is to have my free account at photobucket.com where I can upload all my pictures and you can even resize them down to an avatar.
