Maybe some more data can help solving this - check the stickes for finding out what you should report.
Also adding a DxDiag report might be valuable its not listed in the stickes.

Poker is my favorite game whenever i am free always play this game. Sometimes i had like that problem i just refresh poker site and registered again then continue to playing game.
