Dynamic Gaming Systems
I copied this from another forum I am a member of -

I JUST RECEIVED AN EMAIL OFF ANOTHER FORUM I AM MEMBER OF AND THIS WAS THE EMAIL WHICH I THOUGHT YOU ALL HAD BETTER KNOW OF:

DYNAMIC GAMING SYSTEMS is in some deep turmoil and all of the top executives of the network have resigned or flat out quit. I have it on good authority (the best authority actually) that chances are MORE than likely that the entire network is going down sooner than later.

TAKE YOUR MONEY OFF NOW from any site on this network. Sites include but are not limited to:

Jungle
Wingows
Big Juicy Odds
Bubba's

Later today or tomorrow affiliates will be receiving an email warning them about what I've just told you. I'm telling you early.

I'm telling you this now so you can get your withdraws in FIRST before the mad rush.

I also received that e-mail, the forum it came from continues to advise its member to remove any funds they have on the DGS network ASAP.

The guys at Rounders radio tried to get some info and although they hadn`t managed to talk to the director of the company they were saying it appears to be just a rumour that the network is in trouble.

I trust the Rounders guys, I`ve met them, chatted with them. I don`t think they`d deliberately steer their listeners the wrong way.

That being said they could be wrong. If I had significant funds on DGS I`d remove them. Better to be safe than sorry imo.

I`ll listen to the show tonight and if any further info is available I`ll update this thread.

Good going DM . What I generally do in a case like that is pull all but just enough to play a game or two out . I just don't believe in letting too much money rest in a room .

Dynamic Gaming Systems Network Transfer
January 21, 2008

San Jose, Costa Rica - Dynamic Gaming Systems (DGS) announced today that an agreement for the transfer of their network has been reached with Cintaly Holding Corporation (CHC).

CHC, based out of the British Virgin Islands, anticipates having the DGS network in full operation within 72 hours of the transaction being completed. Executives of CHC stated they were excited by the opportunity to take over one of the finest poker software networks online today. Although the details of the transaction were not made public, it is our understanding CHC intends to honor all verified existing Player Balances and Licensee Agreements.

CHC acknowledged the news reports that indicated that some of DGS’s Licensees may have already transitioned their player onto other networks. Although disappointed that they had left, this deal is a win-win for all current and future licensees, and players. CHC strongly emphasized that their prime objective was to get all remaining Players, Licensees back operational as fast as possible.
